Sermorelin Reconstitution Calculator

Sermorelin is the rare peptide here with a prescription history. The math for your vial works exactly the same way.

Mode

Auto picks the cleanest BAC water for you. Manual uses the water you already added.
1

What size is your syringe?

All insulin syringes are U-100, so 100 units equals 1 mL.
2

How much peptide is in your vial?

Check the label on the vial.
3

What is your dose per injection?

Select or enter the amount you want per shot.

    About Sermorelin

Sermorelin is the first 29 amino acids of human growth-hormone-releasing hormone, the fragment that carries essentially all of the hormone’s activity. It stands apart from most peptides on this site because it once held full FDA approval: it was marketed as Geref for pediatric growth hormone deficiency until 2008, when it was withdrawn for commercial reasons rather than safety findings. Today it is prescribed off-label through compounding pharmacies and longevity clinics.

Clinic protocols commonly run 100 to 500 mcg injected subcutaneously at night. The molecule itself clears in minutes, but the growth hormone pulse it triggers is the point, and that pulse pairs with the natural release that happens in early sleep. If a clinic prescribed yours, the vial usually arrives with reconstitution instructions; this calculator lets you verify their numbers instead of trusting them blind.

Compounded sermorelin vials come in odd sizes (9 mg is a common one) because pharmacies batch to prescription volumes rather than round numbers. The math handles any size: enter the actual labeled content. A 9 mg vial at 300 mcg nightly holds thirty doses, a clean month. Refrigerate after mixing and respect the beyond-use date your pharmacy printed.

    Quick facts

    Common questions

My pharmacy gave me reconstitution instructions. Why use this?
To verify. Enter their water amount in Manual mode and confirm their stated draw matches the math. Pharmacies are careful, but a second check on an injectable costs nothing.
Why is my vial 9 mg instead of a round number?
Compounding pharmacies batch to prescription quantities, and 30 nightly doses at 300 mcg is exactly 9 mg. The math does not care about round numbers.
Is sermorelin legal to be prescribed?
Licensed prescribers can and do prescribe compounded sermorelin off-label in the US. That distinguishes it from research-only peptides, though compounded products are still not FDA-approved drugs.
